Course for chronic disease patients to begin Jan. 21

Health Ministries Clinic in Newton will offer a free six-week course for individuals with one or multiple chronic diseases.

The course will begin Jan. 21 at Newton Recreation Center. Caregivers also are welcome.

Participants will learn to reduce pain, increase energy, eat well, and use medications effectively.
