This offense report was released Friday by the Marion County sheriff’s office:

Battery, disorderly conduct

Melia A. Vinduska, 32, and Michael G. Hemmer, 47, were involved in an altercation at noon June 19 at their home at 309 Kansas St., Lincolnville, deputy Jim Philpott reported.

According to Philpott’s report, no weapons were involved, and Hemmer suffered minor injuries.

According to a separate booking report, both were arrested and booked into Marion County Jail.
