Driver found unconscious
A sheriff’s deputy found a driver unconscious in his car at 4:22 a.m. July 3 on U.S. 77 and Yarrow Road. The driver was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
Damage to property
Two people argued at 302 Main St., Lehigh, at 7:30 p.m. July 5. When the resident asked the guest to leave, the guest hit the resident and broke a glass table valued at $10.
An individual drove his/her vehicle off K-15 at milepost 140, Durham, at 11 p.m. July 8, and drove through a cornfield. The driver was arrested on suspicion of use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia and criminal damage to property. Damage to a cornfield and soybean field were estimated at $500 each.
A Marion County yield signpost was knocked over by a vehicle at 11 p.m. July 8 in the 2300 block of Diamond Road, Lehigh. Damage to the sign and post was estimated at $80.
