The following information has been filed in criminal division of Marion County District Court:
Janet Zeiner, criminal use of financial card less than $1,000; defendant pleaded no contest and was sentenced to a 90-day controlling sentence, one year unsupervised probation, and restitution of $1,054.68.
Jason Anderson, manufacturing controlled substance, possession of ephedrine or precursor with intent for unlawful use, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use; preliminary hearing, 10 a.m. July 7.
Allan D. Cochran, purchase or consumption of alcohol by a minor and violation of restrictions on driver’s license or permit; defendant was found guilty and was ordered to pay a fine of $200, court costs $138, surcharge $17.50, booking fee $45, court appointed attorney fees as determined by the court, and driver’s license will be suspended for six months.
Rosegene Allen Morales, theft more than $1,000 but less than $25,000, criminal restraint, and criminal deprivation of property; defendant was found guilty and placed on immediate supervised probation for six months, ordered to pay court costs of $138, surcharge $17.50, probation fee $25, booking fee $45, and court-appointed attorney fees as determined by the court.
