The following information has been filed in criminal division of Marion County District Court:

Adrian Jarod Clay, battery; first appearance hearing, 10:30 a.m. Aug. 10.

Jacob D. Lenz, status hearing, 9:45 a.m. Aug. 10.

Dennis L. White, control and eradication of noxious weeds; first appearance hearing continued, 11:30 a.m. July 19.

Troy William Seaman, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use/possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia; arraignment held; status hearing at 10 a.m. July 19.

Beth M. White, theft by deception less than $1,000; case dismissed.

Beth M. White, theft by deception less than $1,000; defendant pleaded no contest to count one and was sentenced to a controlling sentence of 180 days with credit for six days served; sentence was suspended and defendant was placed on immediate supervised probation for one year with a court services officer which can be transferred to Clay County; defendant was ordered to pay court costs of $138, a surcharge of $17.50, probation fee of $25, booking fee of $45, and restitution of $959.
