Troy Madron Jr,, possession of hallucinogenic, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia; arraignment at 10 a.m. Aug. 12.

Justin A. Kautz, flee or attempt to elude law enforcement officer by engaging in reckless driving, possession of hallucinogenic, obstructing legal process in misdemeanor case, driving while suspended, littering, failure to have required liability insurance coverage on vehicle, purchase/ consumption of alcoholic liquor/ cereal malt beverage by minor, transporting an open container, maximum speed limits, failure to yield at stop or yield sign, unsafe turning or stopping, failure to give proper signal, improper stopping, standing, or parking on roadway, driving on left side of roadway prohibited; preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. Aug. 26.

Victorinus G. Burgardt, possession of hallucinogenic, obstructing legal process in misdemeanor case, purchase, consumption of alcoholic liquor, cereal malt beverage by minor, transporting an open container; first appearance at 11:15 a.m. July 13.
