Jason Anderson, 105 N. Maple, Peabody; status hearing held April 10, jury trial scheduled for June 21 on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Aaron Douglas Unruh, 328 N. Locust, Marion; April 12 hearing continued to May 9 for plea and sentencing hearing on two charges of sexual battery.

Dustin Dean Altum, 905 E. 8th, Newton; pretrial conference held March 19; pretrial status conference scheduled for April 10; jury trial scheduled for April 30 on a charge of domestic battery.

Michele R. Dillashaw, 608 S. Cedar, Marion; arraignment continued from March 19 to April 23 on three charges of giving a worthless check and one charge of contributing to a child’s misconduct or deprivation.

Todd Michael Beneke; sentenced April 2 to a controlling sentence of 12 months in jail consecutive to two other cases, placed on 24 months supervised probation, ordered to pay $160 court costs and surcharge, $917.78 restitution, and $1,256.54 court-appointed attorney fees on a conviction of misdemeanor theft.

Lauren David Goddard, 215 W. 10th, Florence; sentencing continued from April 18 to May 21 on a conviction of possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Douglas Bryant Eden, 116 W. 3rd St., Peabody; case receives domestic violence designation April 23; domestic violence offender assessment ordered on a charge of domestic battery with a previous conviction.

Traffic

Nathan Jay McGee, 812 N. Olive, Peabody; drug and alcohol evaluation reviewed March 21; hearing to review drug and alcohol evaluation scheduled for April 18 on a conviction of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Douglas K. Boucher, 822 E. Court, Smith Center; made first appearance March 21 on charges of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and transportation of liquor in an open container; arraignment scheduled for April 18.

Ricky M. Rogers, 3370 Vista, Lost Springs; pleaded guilty April 24 to driving while license suspended; sentencing scheduled for May 9.
