Kevin Jay McAdoo; charge of felony theft dismissed without prejudice April 18.

Trevor William McAdoo, 70312 NE 20th, Luka; charge of felony theft dismissed without prejudice April 18.

Dawnyele N. Reynolds, 102 W. Santa Fe Apt. 3, Marion; status hearing held April 23, plea hearing scheduled for May 9 on a charge of misdemeanor theft.

Lucas D. Hoskinson, 709 E. 8th St., Newton; failed to appear April 23 at a status hearing on motion to revoke probation for vehicle burglary, misdemeanor theft, criminal deprivation of property, and criminal trespass, bench warrant issued with $15,000 bond.

Fred G. Jones Jr., 212 N. Prospect, Lehigh; sentenced April 23 to a controlling sentence of 60 days in jail for fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and 30 days in jail for failure to obey a lawful order of a police officer, placed on six months probation; must complete 50 hours of community service, if 25 hours completed in six months, the remaining 25 may be abated; must pay $138 court costs, $22 surcharge, $500 fine (up to $200 can be worked off with community service), $60 probation fee, and $45 booking fee; any failed or refused drug or alcohol tests will be grounds for 48 hours in jail.

William M. Hess, 1968 K-256, Marion; pleaded no-contest April 23 to a charge of disorderly conduct; charges of aggravated battery and battery dismissed; sentencing scheduled for May 21.

Calvin Ray Maurer, 1124 Weldon, Marion; arraigned April 23, waived formal arraignment, pleaded innocent to charges of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked, and criminal deprivation of property, requested jury trial.

William Grosse, 1734 150th, Marion; sentenced April 23 to 13 months in prison underlying with probation for possession of marijuana; ordered to undergo mandatory drug treatment; any failed or refused drug or alcohol tests will be grounds for 48 hours in jail; must pay $195 court costs, $120 probation fee, $400 KBI lab fee, $200 DNA fee, $45 booking fee, and $300 SB123 fee.

Shelby Cheyenne Percel, 1730 Pawnee, Marion; defendant stipulated to violation of diversion agreement for misdemeanor theft April 23; arraignment scheduled for May 9.

Daniel V. Catlin II, 230 W. 4th St., Florence; pleaded no-contest to driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol April 23; charges of criminal damage to property and obstruction of official duty dismissed; sentencing scheduled for June 18.

Justin Dion Tate, 513 Doyle, Florence; disposition hearing held April 23 on probation revocation; probation restored for 12 months, defendant ordered to spend April 24 through April 28 in jail.

Michele R. Dillashaw, 608 S. Cedar, Marion; arraigned April 23; pleaded innocent to a charge of contributing to a child’s misconduct or deprivation; requested jury trial; trial scheduled for June 21.

Jana M. Hokanson, 2344 Wisconsin, Topeka; made first appearance May 7 on motion to revoke probation; counsel appointed; arraignment scheduled for July 2.

Derek Scheuerman, 226 S. Freeborn, Marion; made first appearance May 7 on a charge of giving a worthless check; waived counsel; arraignment scheduled for July 2.

Aaron Doulas Unruh, 328 N. Locust, Marion; pleaded guilty May 9 to two counts of battery.

Traffic

Tommy Lee Mitchell, 402 S. Birch St., Hillsboro; arraignment continued from April 23 to May 9 on charges of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and transportation of liquor in an open container.

Lonnie Michael Krehbiel, 123 Allison, Newton; six-month diversion agreement filed April 30 on a charge of transportation of liquor in an open container; defendant must pay $76 court costs, $22 surcharge, $150 fine, and $125 diversion fee.

Timothy Neil Hurst, 205 N. Washington, Hillsboro; 12-month diversion agreement filed April 30 on a charge of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol; defendant must pay $750 fine, $200 diversion fee, $98 court costs and surcharge, and $45 booking fee; defendant must complete A.S.A.P. evaluation within 30 days; may not enter businesses with primary income from alcohol sales; may not use drugs or alcohol.
