The following information has been filed in criminal division of Marion County District Court:

Victorinus G. Burgardt, arraignment at 9:45 a.m. Aug. 12.

Cedrick Shorter Jr., motion hearing at 3 p.m. Aug. 24.

Cheryl Shive, worthless check for less than $1,000; dismissed without prejudice, defendant had paid court costs and restitution in full.

John S. Phillips, arraignment at 1:15 p.m. July 27.

Terry Scheuerman, arraignment at 11:15 a.m. Aug.12.

Michael Jon Jakabosky Jr., disorderly conduct; dismissed without prejudice pursuant to plea in other case, and costs assessed to the state.

Jennifer Wyss, sentencing at 11 a.m. Sept. 9.

Rodney D. Leshure, disorderly conduct; controlling sentence of five days in the custody of the Marion County Sheriff, placed on immediate unsupervised probation of six months. Defendant ordered to pay court costs of $137 and court-appointed attorney fees as determined by the court, 20 hours of community service work.

David J. Cloud, preliminary hearing at 10 a.m. July 27.

Calvin Maurer, plea at 10 a.m. July 27.

Michelle L. Ricker, battery; case dismissed without prejudice and assessed court costs to the state.

Howard C. Pennington, sentencing at 11 a.m. Sept. 9.

Randy Herbel, sentencing at 10:45 a.m. Sept. 9.
