Deven G. Clark, 107 W. Arms, Toronto; preliminary hearing continued from Aug. 22 to Sept. 5 on charges of criminal possession of a firearm, possession of methamphetamine, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and transporting alcohol in an open container.

Douglas Bryant Eden, 116 W. 3rd St., Peabody; arraignment on motion to revoke probation continued from Sept. 24 to Oct. 9.

Adam E. Williams, 808 Morrow Court, Lawrence; pleaded not guilty Sept. 12 to furnishing alcohol to a minor; bench trial set for Oct. 22.

Daniel V. Catlin II, 210 W. 6th St., Florence; arraigned Sept. 12 on motion to revoke probation; denied allegations; status hearing set for Oct. 29. Pleaded not guilty Sept. 12 to contributing to a child’s misconduct or deprivation; jury trial set for Oct. 29.

Trenton Gregory Reif, 1815 Tyler St., Great Bend; pleaded not guilty Sept. 12 to charges of criminal trespass, criminal damage to property, and battery; jury trial set for Oct. 29.

Justin R. Bowley, 718 S. Elm St., McPherson, arraignment continued from Sept. 12 to Oct. 9 on charges of two counts of battery, disorderly conduct, and criminal trespass.

Mark A. Turner, 307 N. 1st, Hamilton; pleaded guilty Sept. 12 to possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia; charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, transporting alcohol in an open container, and purchase or consumption of alcohol by a minor dismissed; sentencing set for Nov. 14.

Johnnie Liles, Hillsboro; pleaded not guilty Sept. 12 to assault; jury trial set for Dec. 13.

Stephanie Eppley, 323 Big Springs Road, Monroe, Tenn.; bond appearance Sept. 12 on five counts of issuing a felony worthless check; preliminary hearing set for Oct. 13.

Douglas D. Tomlinson, 16512 W. 123rd St., Olathe; hearing Sept. 12 on charge of criminal trespass; arraignment set for Oct. 1.

Jason Anderson, 407 N. Vine, Peabody; sentenced Sept. 12 on possession of drug paraphernalia; sentenced to controlling jail term of 60 days, 12 months supervised probation, ordered to pay $365 and undergo drug and alcohol testing and drug and alcohol evaluation.

Ashley E. Johnson, 212 S. Date St., Hillsboro; bench trial continued from Sept. 12 to Oct. 9 on charge of domestic battery.

Rochelle D. Atwood, 307 Elm, Peabody; charges of battery and criminal trespass dismissed with prejudice Sept. 11; prosecution announces plans to refile charges.

Dawnyele N. Reynolds, 102 W. Santa Fe Apt. 3, Marion; motion to reconsider sentence Sept. 17; mandatory fine of $1,000 for unlawfully hosting minors consuming alcoholic liquor or cereal malt beverages; fine added to sentence.

Calvin Ray Maurer, 341 S. 4th St., Marion; pleaded guilty Sept. 17 to driving under the influence (second offense); sentencing set for Nov. 14; charges of driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked and criminal deprivation of property dismissed.

Douglas Edward Gable, 616 Topeka, Lincolnville; hearing Sept. 17; plea hearing/arraignment set Sept. 24.

Tyler J. Slater, 586 Needle Road, Peabody; pleaded no contest Sept. 17 to driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol (second offense); sentencing set Nov. 14. Disorderly conduct, driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked, and driving in violation of ignition interlock device restriction on driver’s license dismissed.

Marcos Erik Garcia, 4912 S. Tierra Ave., Wichita; Sept. 19 hearing continued to Oct. 17 on charges of speeding in excess (86 mph in 65 mph zone) and passenger brake light not working.

Nathan Jay McGee, 812 N. Olive, Peabody; motion to revoke probation continued from Sept. 19 to Oct. 17.

Laci J. Howe, 1810 Carolina Ave. 207, Junction City; Sept. 24 hearing; speeding (85 mph in 65 mph zone) fine and court costs paid; no driver’s license dismissed.
