Doug B. Eden, 116 W. 3rd St., Peabody; preliminary hearing continued from Dec. 5 to Jan. 23 on charges of attempted criminal restraint, domestic battery, and two counts of criminal damage to property.

Danny Fistler, 785 Old Mill Road, Peabody; charge of possession of stolen property dismissed Nov. 28.

Michael G. Hemmer, 309 Kansas St., Lincolnville; pleaded no-contest Nov. 19 to driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and transporting alcohol in an open container; charges of endangering a child and speeding (75 mph in 65 mph zone) dismissed; drug and alcohol evaluation due Jan. 2; sentencing set for Jan. 7.

Keith Hess, 1980 Ridge Road, Marion; pleaded no-contest Nov. 20 to two counts battery; sentencing set for Jan. 15.

Benjamin Earl Keough, 103 N. Eshlman, McPherson; sentenced Nov. 19 on conviction of possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana); sentenced to controlling 60-day jail term with 12 months probation; ordered to pay $1,748.15; ordered to undergo drug and alcohol evaluation, submit to drug and alcohol testing, complete 20 hours community service, and obtain and maintain employment; forbidden from entering establishments that receive most of their revenue from alcohol.

Robert C. Lucas, 11919 W. Carr Court, Wichita; pleaded no-contest Dec. 3 to possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana); charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, no proof of insurance, and driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked dismissed; sentenced to 12 month jail term, concurrent with Department of Corrections term for Sedgwick County case; ordered to pay $483.40.

Charles W. Matthews, 901 W. Burns, Herington; hearing held Nov. 28 on charges of criminal damage to property and battery; plea hearing set for Dec. 11. Waived preliminary hearing Nov. 28, bound over on a charge of forgery; plea hearing set for Dec. 11. Arraignment held Nov. 28 on charge of driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked; plea hearing set for Dec. 11.

Tyson R. Owens-Green, 929 Clubhouse Road, McPherson; arraigned Dec. 3; motion to revoke probation withdrawn; status hearing set for Feb. 7.

Angie J. Rosario, 413 S. Washington St., Hillsboro; two counts of giving a worthless check dismissed Dec. 3.

Bruce Allen Smith, 4451 Cardiffe Ave., Fort Worth, Texas; bond appearance made Dec. 3; arraignment set for Jan. 7 on charges of possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jean Luc Taylor, 900 N. Walnut St., McPherson; failed to appear Nov. 19 for hearing on motion to revoke probation; bench warrant ordered and previous bond revoked.

Christopher L. Turner, Wichita; failed to appear at arraignment Nov. 26 on charge of theft; bench warrant ordered and prior bond revoked.

Jordan Versch; stipulated to diversion termination Nov. 19 and pleaded no-contest to criminal damage to property; sentenced to 60-day controlling jail term with 12 months probation; ordered to submit to drug and alcohol testing and to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation if ordered by court services officer.

Daniel W. Vickery, 2517 Unicorn, Lincolnville; waived preliminary hearing Nov. 28; bound over on charge of possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana); plea hearing set for Dec. 11.

Ian Anders Weisbeck, 210 W. 6th St., Durham; status hearing held Nov. 19, found competent to stand trial based on a competency evaluation by Prairie View; jury trial on charge of criminal damage to property set for Jan. 24.

Kerrick M. Wilhelm, 421 S. Freeborn St., Marion; probation revoked and reinstated Nov. 19; ordered to serve 48 hours in jail and prohibited from leaving Kansas.

Leslie Scott Yehle, 8615 E. 4th, Hutchinson; preliminary hearing continued from Dec. 5 to Jan. 23 on charges of non-residential burglary and misdemeanor theft.

Natasha J. Love, 506 Wichita Road, Lincolnville; pleaded guilty Nov. 21 to no driver’s license issued; charge of failure to wear a seatbelt dismissed; ordered to pay $198 and complete 20 hours community service.

Tyler J. Slater, 586 Needle St., Peabody; sentencing on conviction of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol continued from Nov. 26 to Jan. 9.

Kevin E. Swick, 909 S.W. Arrowhead Drive, Bentonville, Ark.; diversion agreement filed Dec. 18 on charge of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol; ordered to pay $1,493 and complete a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow all of its recommendations; forbidden from drinking or entering establishments that make most of their revenue from alcohol; diversion term is 12 months.

Michelle Ann Weber, 704 N. Cedar St., Marion; pleaded no-contest Nov. 21 to driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol; charge of driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked; ordered to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation; sentencing set for Jan. 16.

Glenn Arnold Yoder; motion to suppress hearing continued from Dec. 5 to Jan. 23 on charge of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
