Cameron Douglas Alvarez, 105 S. 1st St., Herington; plea hearing held April 22 on charges of residential burglary, three counts felony theft, 13 counts misdemeanor theft, and criminal damage to property; status hearing set for May 20.

Sheila Brown, 309 C St., Ramona; pleaded no contest April 22 to a charge of furnishing alcohol to a minor; sentencing set for May 14; a charge of unlawfully hosting minors consuming alcoholic liquor or cereal malt beverage was dismissed.

Edward Cain, 117 S. Nickerson, Burns; pleaded guilty April 10 to a charge of giving a worthless check; sentenced to 90-day controlling jail term underlying 12 months probation; ordered to pay $1,180.35; 11 counts of giving a worthless check dismissed.

Daniel V. Catlin II, 210 W. 6th St., Florence; arraigned April 15 on motion to revoke probation; denied allegations; hearing set for May 14.

Nicole Marie Chaffin, 815 S.E. Rice Road, Topeka Correctional Facility, Topeka; pretrial status hearing continued from April 22 to May 14 for plea hearing on charges of three counts vehicle burglary and two counts misdemeanor theft.

Justin L. Chrisjohn, 144 N. Roosevelt St., Marion; hearing on motion to revoke probation continued from April 15 to May 20.

Adrian Jarod Clay, 720 W. 12th St., Apt. 201, Newton; hearing on motion to revoke probation continued from April 15 to June 24.

Jason C. Croft, 518 Lawrence Ave., Durham; arraigned April 15 on motion to revoke probation; denied allegations; hearing set for May 14.

Darren R. Geissert, 2776 Z Ave., Burdick; status hearing held April 15 on charges of possession of a hallucinogenic drug with intent to sell, possession of methamphetamines, possession of marijuana without a taxation stamp, possession of drug paraphernalia, and transporting alcohol in an open container.

Ervin Ray Goossen, 1463 Eagle Road, Hillsboro; hearing held April 22 on charges of two counts criminal damage to property and criminal trespass; preliminary hearing set for May 1.

Benjamin E. Keough, 205 S. Madison St., Hillsboro; arraigned April 15 on motion to revoke probation; stipulated to probation violation; ordered to serve five days in jail then probation reinstated for 12 months.

Clinton Kidd, 309 C St., Ramona; domestic violence tag added to case May 6; ordered to undergo domestic violence offender assessment on a charge of domestic battery.

Cary W. Leonard, 330 E. 1st, Newton; waived bond revocation hearing April 15; plea hearing set for April 22 on charges of criminal damage to property and two counts of assault.

Chris Lieder, 313 S. Ash St., Hillsboro; sentenced April 15 on a conviction on a charge of possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana); sentenced to 12-month controlling jail term underlying 12 months probation; ordered to pay $600.72, complete 20 hours community service, complete drug and alcohol evaluation, and submit to drug and alcohol testing; forbidden from having contact with Darren Geissert and Natasha Arnold.

Mathew Charles Mickey, 313 N. Madison St., Hillsboro; hearing on motion to revoke probation continued from April 22 to May 20.

Trenton Gregory Reif, 1400 E. Euclid, McPherson; hearing on motion to determine restitution continued from April 15 to June 12 on conviction on charges of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.

Farrah Christine Severns, 1920 275th Road, Marion; diversion status hearing continued from April 15 to May 6 for plea hearing on charges of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and criminal damage to property.

Ryan Joel Shrewsbury, 1636 E. Evanston St., Park City; failed to appear at arraignment April 22 on charges of possession of methamphetamines, possession of drug paraphernalia, and disorderly conduct; bench warrant issued with no bond.

Layton Edward Keegan Tapscott, 908 N. Maple St., Peabody; failed to appear at disposition hearing on motion to revoke probation; bench warrant issued and bond revoked.

Trenton Duane Vogt, 8028 Vintage Trace, Claremore, Okla.; arraigned April 15 on motion to revoke probation; stipulated to probation violation; ordered to serve eight days in jail then probation reinstated for 24 months.

Justin Lee Chrisjohn, 144 N. Roosevelt St., Marion; status hearing continued from April 15 to May 20 on charges of driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked and failure to report an accident.

Kimberly Joy Funk, 205 E. Kansas, Lehigh; pleaded guilty April 17 to a charge of driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked; sentenced to 10-day controlling jail term underlying six months probation; ordered to pay $348; a charge of no child restraint system was dismissed.

Lloyd Meier, 2406 190th Road, Marion; pleaded not guilty April 22 to a charge of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and requested a jury trial; jury trial set for June 27; status hearing set for May 22
