Leslie O. Riggs, 1094 X Ranch Road, Florence; sentencing continued from May 15 to June 3 on a conviction of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Carrie L. Terwilliger, 302 S.W. 4th, Abilene; plea hearing continued from May 6 to May 15 on charges of possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana), possession of drug paraphernalia, and transporting liquor in an open container; May 15 continued to May 20.

Aaron Douglas Unruh, 328 N. Locust St., Marion; arraigned May 6 on motion to revoke probation; denied allegations; hearing set for May 22.

Leslie Scott Yehle, 8615 E. 4th, Hutchinson; status hearing continued from May 14 to June 3 on charges of non-residential burglary and misdemeanor theft.

Patrick Egan, 123 S. Nickerson, Burns; pleaded no contest may 15 to a charge of driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked; sentenced to 10-day controlling jail term underlying six months probation; jail term suspended; ordered to pay $298.
