Jason Anderson, 606 Olive St., Peabody; made bond appearance May 14 on motion to revoke probation; arraignment set for July 9.

Joseph M. Bauer, 709 E. 8th, Newton; arraignment on motion to revoke probation continued from May 6 to May 20; made bond appearance May 15; bond set at $2,500; hearing on motion to revoke probation set for June 3.

Todd Michael Beneke, 219 N. 10th St., Herington; arraigned May 20 on motion to revoke probation; denied allegations; hearing set for July 22.

Justin R. Bowley, 718 S. Elm St., McPherson; made bond appearance May 14 on conviction on two counts of assault and criminal trespass; sentencing set for May 20.

Sheila Brown, 309 C St., Ramona; sentenced May 14 to 90-day controlling jail term underlying 12 months probation on a conviction of furnishing alcohol to a minor; ordered to pay $420; may perform community service to work off fine at a rate of $7 per hour.

Justin L. Chrisjohn, 144 N. Roosevelt St., Marion; arraigned May 20 on motion to revoke probation; denied allegations; hearing set for Aug. 13; pleaded not guilty to charges of domestic battery and two counts of battery.

Jason C. Croft, 518 Lawrence Ave., Durham; stipulated May 14 to probation violation; probation revoked; ordered to serve eight days in jail.

Dakota Landon Dillashaw, 102 W. Santa Fe St., Apt. 3, Marion; sentenced to 30 days in jail on a conviction of purchase or consumption of an alcoholic beverage by a minor; ordered to pay $200.

Paige Marie Finney, 2666 Chisholm Road, Canton; made first appearance May 15 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, purchase or consumption of alcoholic beverage by a minor, and transporting alcohol in an open container; arraignment set for June 7.

Nikolas Keith France, 2 Greenbrier Court, Half Moon Bay, Calif.; diversion agreement filed May 31 on charges of possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia; ordered to pay $460; diversion term is six months.

Ida M. French, 328 N. Lincoln St., Marion; made first appearance May 20 on charges of possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana), endangering a child, possession of marijuana without a taxation stamp, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Darren R. Geissert, 2776 Z Ave., Burdick; preliminary hearing held May 15; bound over on charges of possession of a hallucinogenic drug with intent to sell, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of marijuana without a taxation stamp; arraignment set for July 9; also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and transporting alcohol in an open container.

Gregory Thomas Graham, 913 Marion St., Florence; charges of three counts of giving a worthless check dismissed May 29.

Terrius J. Jones, 707 Cedar Creek Drive, Salina; made bond appearance May 14 on motion to revoke probation; arraignment set for June 11.

Clinton Kidd, 309 C St., Ramona; pleaded no contest May 6 to a charge of domestic battery; ordered to complete a domestic violence assessment; sentencing set for June 3; pleaded no contest May 6 to a charge of furnishing alcohol to a minor; a charge of unlawfully hosting minors consuming alcoholic liquor or cereal malt beverage was dismissed; sentencing set for June 3.

Cary W. Leonard, 330 E. 1st, Newton; pleaded guilty May 6 to charges of criminal damage to property and assault; one count of assault dismissed; sentenced to a 45-day controlling jail term; ordered to pay $727.

Charles W. Matthews, 714 Sherman St., Marion; sentenced May 14 to 190-day controlling jail term underlying 12 months probation on convictions of criminal damage to property, battery, and obstruction of official duty; ordered to pay $625, submit to drug and alcohol testing, and complete 20 hours community service and a domestic violence assessment; forbidden from entering establishments that make most of their revenue from alcohol sales.

Bill A. Rose, 227 S. 5th, Salina; stipulated May 6 to probation violation; ordered to serve 18 months in jail.

Daniel Ernesto Sanchez, Newton; failed to appear at bond appearance May 6 on a charge of assault; bench warrant issued with no bond; previous bond revoked.

Walt A. Sanders; pleaded no contest May 6 to charges of three counts of assault; sentenced to 90-day controlling jail term underlying 18 months probation; ordered to submit to drug and alcohol testing and pay $1,738.88; forbidden from having contact with Don Deatherage, Gabriel Miller, Terry DeCarlo, or Salina Tree Company.

Oceana Scobee, 1021 S. Cottonwood, Ottawa; pleaded not guilty May 20 to charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana), and possession of drug paraphernalia; requested a jury trial; pretrial status hearing set for June 17.

Farrah Christine Severns, 1920 275th, Marion; failed to appear at plea hearing May 6 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and criminal damage to property; bench warrant issued with $500 bond; pleaded no contest May 20 to charge of driving under the influence; charge of criminal damage to property dismissed; drug and alcohol evaluation ordered; sentencing set for July 15.

Donna Swafford, 327 W. 24th, No. 11, Newton; failed to appear at arraignment May 6 on a charge of giving a worthless check; bench warrant issued with no bond; previous bond revoked.

Jean Luc Taylor, 900 N. Walnut St., McPherson; sentenced May 6 on probation revocation to 12-month controlling jail term underlying 12 months probation; ordered to serve one month in jail.

Cody L. Fistler, 785 Old Mill Road, Peabody; failed to appear at bench trial May 8 on charges of driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked and no proof of insurance; bench warrant issued with no bond.

Johnny Clarence Gibson, 1242 Dennis Blvd., Moncks Corner, S.C.; pleaded guilty May 15 under the terms of North Carolina vs. Alford to a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs; charge of transporting alcohol in an open container dismissed; sentenced to a six-month controlling jail term underlying 12 months probation; ordered to serve eight days in jail, submit to drug and alcohol testing, and pay $953.

Lloyd Meier, 2406 190th Road, Marion; status hearing held May 22; wanted to plead; plea hearing set for June 3 on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
