Jacob L. Martin, driving under influence, purchase/consumption alcoholic liquor; arraignment at 1:15 p.m. Sept. 16.

David Lee Pohl, worthless check more than $1,000 but less than $25,000, worthless check less than $1,000; first appearance at 10:30 a.m. Aug. 17.

Nicholas J. Ogden, motion hearing at 11:15 a.m. Sept. 15.

Patrick H. Gleeson, arraignment at 10 a.m. Sept. 9.

Jason W. Rogers, arraignment at 9:45 a.m. Aug. 17.

Jeremy Doll, possession of hallucinogenic, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia; Court dismissed count 1 with prejudice, sentenced defendant to controlling sentence of six months for Count 2, and placed him on probation for 12 months. Defendant ordered to pay court costs of $138, surcharge of $10, probation fee of $25, booking fee of $45, and a fine of $100.

Jennifer L. Woods, worthless check less than $1,000; case dismissed without prejudice; defendant has paid court costs, booking fee, and restitution in full.
