The following information has been filed in the criminal division of Marion County District Court:

Walter G. Lacy IV, flee or attempt to elude law enforcement officers by engaging in reckless driving, speeding, bond appearance at 1:45 p.m. June 23.

Patrick H. Gleeson, two counts of worthless check less than $1,000; first appearance hearing at 10:30 a.m. June 22.

Jason W. Rogers, criminal threat, conduct causing fear to a person or a person’s family, harassment by telephone; first appearance hearing at 9:45 a.m. June 22.

Jessica C. Henion, purchase or consumption of alcoholic liquor or cereal malt beverage by minor; first appearance at 10:30 a.m. June 22.

Edwardo Enriquez Gomez-Sandoval, criminal deprivation of property; case dismissed without prejudice. Court costs assessed to state.

Monica Raya Newton, disorderly conduct; dismissed case with prejudice. Court costs assessed to state.

Daryl L. James, domestic battery; case dismissed without prejudice Court costs assessed to state.

Tanya G. Brammer, battery; defendant sentenced to 10 days in custody of Marion County sheriff, placed on immediate unsupervised probation for six months. Shall complete eight hours of community service within 60 days, shall write letter of apology to victim, pay court costs of $137, booking fee of $45, and court appointed attorney fees as determined by court.

Hector Cardenas, worthless check less than $1,000; dismissed without prejudice, defendant has paid court costs and restitution in full.
