Wanda F. Dush, first appearance continued to 10:30 a.m. Dec. 7.

Jeff Jirak, worthless check more than $1,000 to less than $25,000; case dismissed without prejudice, defendant has paid court costs, booking fee, and restitution in full in this matter.

Terry Scheuerman, status hearing, 11:15 a.m. Dec. 14.

Jessica Lauren Pankratz, arraignment, 9:45 a.m. Dec. 14.

Patrick H. Gleeson, two counts of worthless check less than $1,000; sentenced to a control sentence of thirty days in the custody of the Marion County Sheriff for count No. 1, placed on immediate unsupervised probation for a period of six months, ordered to pay court costs of $138, a surcharge of $10, a booking fee of $45 and restitution of $593.20. Defendant ordered to not obtain or maintain a checking account and ordered to complete the Credit for Life class, count No. 2 dismissed.
