The following information has been filed in criminal division of Marion County District Court:

Ashley Friesen, disorderly conduct; first appearance hearing, 10:30 a.m. Feb. 22.

Ashley Johnson status hearing, 9:45 a.m. Feb. 22.

Shelly Renee Stika preliminary hearing, 10 a.m. March 3.

Elizabeth Rose Sullivan, seven counts of worthless check less than $1,000; upon motion by the county attorney, the case was dismissed without prejudice because all fees were paid.

Gerald M. Shaw sentencing hearing, 10 a.m. March 1.

Cody L. McPhail, purchase or consumption of alcohol by a minor; defendant ordered to serve 10 days in Marion County Jail to be consecutive with another case; pay $200 fine, court costs of $138, a surcharge of $10, and court-appointed attorney fees as determined by the court.

Sydnie E. Flint, worthless check less than $1,000; upon motion of the county attorney, the case was dismissed without prejudice and costs were assessed to the state; the defendant was ordered to pay restitution of $70.02.

April D. Brooks, two counts of worthless check less than $1,000; defendant pleaded no contest to count one, the county attorney made a motion to dismiss count two, defendant was sentenced to 30 days in the Marion County Jail, which was suspended and was placed on immediate unsupervised probation for 12 months; ordered to pay court costs of $138, a surcharge of $10, booking fee of $45, and restitution of $518.98.

Jason W. Rogers, criminal trespass; court denied probation and ordered defendant to serve 60 days in the Marion County Jail to be consecutive with another case; ordered to pay court costs of $138, a surcharge of $10, booking fee of $45, and court-appointed attorney fees as determined by the court.

Jenny Marie Herzet, theft value $1,000 to less than $25,000; jury trial rescheduled, 8:30 a.m. May 12.

Rogers, criminal threat, criminal damage to property less than $1,000, and assault; court denied probation and ordered defendant to serve 60 days in the Marion County Jail to be consecutive with another case; ordered to pay court costs of $138, a surcharge of $10, and court-appointed attorney fees as determined by the court.
