The following information has been filed in criminal division of Marion County District Court:

Nickolas H. Herpich, disorderly conduct; defendant pleaded not guilty; diversion status check hearing, 9 a.m. April 26.

Casey J. Taylor, defendant pleaded guilty to obstructing the legal process in a misdemeanor case and the county attorney dismissed charge of purchase or consumption of alcoholic liquor by a minor.

Jeremy Doll, original charge of attempted sale or possession with intent to sell hallucinogenic drug was amended to possession of a certain hallucinogenic drug; defendant sentenced to a controlling sentence of 60 days in Marion County Jail to be concurrent with other Marion County criminal charges; defendant will serve 48 hours in jail beginning March 12, placed on supervised probation for 12 months with a court services office, probation will begin when jail sentence is served; defendant will be incarcerated in Marion County Jail for 48 hours for every positive drug/alcohol test, refusal to submit, or admission of usage, and is to pay court costs of $138, surcharge of $10, probation fee of $25, booking fee of $45, and court-appointed attorney fees as determined by the court.
