Brent N. Potocnik, domestic battery and battery; arraignment 11 a.m. April 19.

Cassandra A. Scheuerman, eight counts of worthless check less than $1,000; first appearance hearing, 10:30 a.m. May 11.

Manuel O. Duran, violation of protective order; first appearance hearing, 9 a.m. April 26.

Zachariah Markus J. Remmers, involuntary manslaughter while driving under the influence, transporting an open container, and failure to wear seatbelt; defendant sentenced to 12 months for count one and six months for count two in the custody of the Marion County Sheriff, supervised probation for 24 months upon completion of jail time served, ordered to pay court costs of $138, surcharge $10, probation fee $25, fine $500, B.I.D.S. fee $100, A.S.A.P. fee $150, booking fee $45, court-appointed attorney fee $600, and restitution $4,631.80
