Joseph M. Bauer, 709 E. 8th, Newton; probation revocation disposition May 15, sentenced to two 48-hour sanctions in jail and placed back on supervised probation for six months.

Mara Annette Hochstetler, 107 W. 6th St., Peabody; failed to appear June 12 on three counts of giving a worthless check; bench warrant issued with $150 bond.

Aaron Douglas Unruh, 328 Locust, Marion; sentencing continued from June 12 to July 10 on two counts of battery.

Marjorie A. Huffman, 2578 Goldenrod, Hillsboro; arraigned June 12, pleaded innocent to a charge of permitting a dangerous animal at large, requested jury trial; trial scheduled for Sept. 13.

Lucas D. Hoskinson, 709 E. 8th St., Newton; failed to appear June 13 on motion to revoke probation; bench warrant issued with no bond, prior bond revoked.

Douglas Edward Gable, 616 Topeka, Lincolnville; sentencing continued from June 18 to June 20 on convictions of possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Linda S. Church, 317 S. Lincoln, Marion; first appearance June 18 on charge of domestic battery; diversion status hearing scheduled for July 16.

Harold Allan Dornbush, 809 Hudson St., Marion; information filed July 2, charging defendant with aggravated assault, endangering a child, and disorderly conduct.

Jason Anderson, 105 N. Maple, Peabody; plea hearing on charges of possession of methamphetamines and possession of drug paraphernalia moved from Aug. 8 to July 23.

Paul J. Hatch, 616 S.E. Long St., Topeka; first appearance continued from May 16 to June 20 on charges of failure to stop at a stop sign and no valid driver’s license; defendant failed to appear June 20; bench warrant issued with $500 bond.

Robert E. Price, 300 W. Albert, Maize; failed to appear June 20 on charges of failure to use a seatbelt and driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked; bench warrant issued with $2,500 bond.

Maurice J. Cole Jr., 1312 N. Volustia, Wichita; failed to appear June 20 on charge of driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked (fourth or subsequent offense); bench warrant issued with $1,000 bond.

Julius Jones, 99B Karen Court, Bridgeport, Conn.; failed to appear June 20 on charge of driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked; bench warrant issued with $1,000 bond.
