Tierney Fredrickson, four charges of worthless checks (less than $1,000); sentenced to 90 days but placed on immediate unsupervised probation for 12 months. Defendant ordered to pay court costs of $138, surcharge of $10, and restitution of $315.41.
Drew Prescott, purchase/consumption of alcohol by minor and transporting an open container; placed on immediate unsupervised probation for 90 days and ordered to pay $75 court costs and a $500 fine of which $300 was suspended if defendant pays all fees within 90 days.

David O. Sigmon Jr., criminal damage to property (less than $1,000); sentenced to 90 days, consecutive with next listing, but placed on immediate supervised probation for one year. Defendant ordered to pay $138 court costs, $10 surcharge, court-appointed attorney fees, and $50 restitution to the City of Hillsboro. Probation fee waived.
David O. Sigmon Jr., criminal restraint and domestic battery; sentenced to 90 days consecutive to previous case but placed on immediate supervised probation for one year, concurrent with previous case, ordered to pay $138 court costs, $10 surcharge, a $25 probation fee, and court-appointed attorney fees as determined by court.
Roy W. McGonigal III, criminal damage to property ($1,000 but less than $25,000), driving under influence, and failure to have liability insurance; sentenced to one year, but ordered to serve 48 hours in County Jail beginning at 6 p.m. July 31, placed on immediate supervised probation for one year. Defendant ordered to pay $138 court costs, a $10 surcharge, $1,000 fine, $45 booking fee, $25 probation fee, $150 A.S.A.P. fee and $1,380.50 restitution to Marion County Highway Dept.
Virgil H. Littrell, sentencing 11 a.m. Sept. 21.
Laverna Jean Fowler, two counts of worthless check (less than $1,000); dismissed one count 2 with prejudice, sentenced to 30 days but placed on immediate unsupervised probation for a period of 12 months. Defendant ordered to pay $137 court costs and $122.41 restitution. Court-appointed attorney fees and booking fees can be worked off with community service work at $7 per hour.
