Dustin L. Shiplet, 530 S. Cedar St., Marion, tested positive for methamphetamine, bond revoked Sept. 29, warrant executed Oct. 15 by Officer Travis Wilson.

Gerald D. Hager, 225 W. 7th St., Florence, pleaded no contest to charge of possession of drug paraphernalia Oct. 6, charge of domestic battery dismissed, placed under supervised probation for 12 months.

Todd D. Drinnen, 611 Elm St., Peabody, charge of aggravated assault, allegedly with a baseball bat against alleged victims Jhon Raskopf and Kyle Fistler, amended Oct. 28 to assault against victim Kyle Fistler.

Jess Croley, 400 S. Jefferson St., Hillsboro, pleaded not guilty Oct. 8 to charges of interference with law enforcement, disorderly conduct, and possession or consumption of an alcoholic beverage by a minor. Status hearing set for Nov. 19.

Jeffrey Allen Miller, 406 S. Lincoln St., Marion, diversion agreement entered into Oct. 30 regarding charge of domestic battery, will enter anger management program, fined $125 plus court costs of $203, case to be dismissed with prejudice upon completion of agreement.

Cyle Wilson, 127 Forest St., Marion, charge of driving while license suspended or revoked dismissed without prejudice Oct. 27.

Clifton Richmond, 135 N. Freeborn, charges of domestic battery, disorderly conduct, and criminal damage to property amended Oct. 28 to a charge of battery.
