Atanacio Nieto, 201 S. Washington St., Hillsboro, pleaded not guilty Jan. 21 to driving under the influence, transporting alcohol in an open container, refusal to submit to preliminary breath test, and driving left of center.
Kevin Tidwell, 206 W. B St., Hillsboro, agreed Dec. 15 to pay restitution of $663.95 to Evan Slater of Florence for Aug. 17, 2013 criminal damage to property charge.
Brandon Alan Hayes, 502 N. Cedar St., Marion, pleaded no contest Jan. 5 to possession of methamphetamine; in exchange, counts of aggravated endangerment of a child and possession of drug paraphernalia dismissed with prejudice pursuant to plea, sentencing scheduled for March 2.
Dustin L. Shiplet, 530 S. Cedar St., Marion, pleaded no contest to attempted violation of Kansas Offender Registration Act, a misdemeanor; in exchange, felony count of attempted violation of Kansas Offender Registration Act dismissed, sentencing was to be Jan. 5.
Douglas Edward Gable, 307 N. Broadway St., Herington, sentenced Feb. 2 for attempted felony theft on March 17, 2014 to 12 months supervised probation.
Andrea D. Hendricks, 210 Miller St., Marion, sentenced Jan. 14 to 12 months probation term for March 14, 2014 charges of possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia, and transporting liquor in an open container.
John Kasper, 568 Paint St., Hope, pleaded no contest Jan. 15 to count of attempted obstruction of official duty, sentencing scheduled for March 11.
Kevin L. Lemon, 1247 28th Ave., Canton, pleaded not guilty Dec. 17 to circumventing of an ignition interlock and driving without a valid license, pre-trial status was to be Jan. 21.
