David Nunn, 814 Peabody St., Lot G, Peabody, pleaded no contest Feb. 4 to disorderly conduct, language, sentenced to six months unsupervised probation, fined $193.

Cameron Douglas Alvarez, 105 S. 1st St., Herington, violated probation, failed to obey federal, state, and municipal laws and report violations to court services officer, failed to report to court services officer as directed, failed to not illegally possess narcotics or alcohol, failed to pay fees owed; sentenced Feb. 4 to 12 months in custody of Marion County Sheriff, concurrent to sentence in Dickinson County case, credited with time served.

Hunter Marie Aumiller, 1324 700 Ave., Hope, count of possession of drug paraphernalia dismissed without prejudice Feb. 10, court costs assessed to state.

Amy B. Park, 118 W. Santa Fe St., Marion, pleaded no contest Feb. 10 to counts of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia; in exchange, count of child endangerment dismissed with prejudice; sentenced to 12 months supervised probation, can be converted to unsupervised probation after six months, fined $263, may complete community service at rate of $7 per hour to pay fees.

Justin Croft, 518 N. Lawrence St., Durham, pleaded guilty Feb. 10 to disorderly conduct, language, sentenced to six months supervised probation, fined $263.

Kevin L. Lemon, 1247 28th Ave., Canton, three counts of giving a worthless check dismissed with prejudice Feb. 11, court costs waived.

Kristina Steiner, 120 W. Santa Fe St., Marion, probation revoked Feb. 11, failed to report to court services officer as directed, failed to obtain drug and alcohol evaluation; sentenced to 30 days in custody of Marion County Sheriff, which began Feb. 18.

Johney R. Strotkamp, 204 W. Main St., Burns, violation of the Kansas Offender Registration Act, sentenced to 17 months in jail with 24 months post-release supervision, dispositional sentence departure.

Douglas Bryant Eden, 116 W. Third St., Peabody, pleaded not guilty Feb. 18 to violation of a protection order, criminal trespassing, stalking, assault, and disorderly conduct, language, pretrial conference hearing scheduled for March 23.

Kyle Reese Nuckles, 5176 Douglas Fir Rd., Joplin, Missouri, pleaded not guilty Feb. 23 to a violation of the Kansas Offender Registration Act, pretrial status hearing scheduled for March 16.
