Bradford A. Cody Jr., 210 S. Birch St., Hillsboro, pleaded not guilty March 2 to possession of methamphetamines, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, driving with an open container of alcohol, driving with a suspended license, requested jury trial, pretrial conference hearing scheduled for April 14.
Ashley Marie Kelly, 2301 N. 1st Ave. Apt. 121, Dodge City, pleaded not guilty March 16 to rape, sexual exploitation of a child, and criminal sodomy, pretrial hearing scheduled for April 14, bond set at $50,000, $25,000 in cash or surety and $25,000 O.R. bond.
Jerry Wayne Stegall, 108 N. Coble St., Marion, pleaded no contest March 10 to assault of Linda S. Church and disorderly conduct, language, sentence imposition suspended for 12 months, during which defendant is to have no contact with Church, not drive any motor vehicle, continue current living arrangement barring approval of court, continue on current medications, court costs abated.
Levi Jason Smith, 1130 N. Broadway Ave. Rm. 119, Wichita, probation revoked March 10, defendant failed to not possess illegal substances and to pay all fees owed, disposition hearing scheduled for April 14.
Eric J. Williams, 115 W. 3rd St., Florence, pleaded not guilty March 10 to domestic battery against Wanda Hayes, bench trial was to be March 30.
Brandon Allan Farrar, 215 E. Division St., Peabody, pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct, brawling, and misdemeanor theft of vodka from E & J Liquor in separate cases; in exchange, third separate case of failure to give information after an auto accident and failure to give notice of address or name change dismissed with prejudice; sentencing was to be March 16.
Hanna Bidwell, 502 N. Cedar St., Marion, pleaded no contest March 11 to possession of marijuana; in exchange, charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering a child dismissed with prejudice; sentencing scheduled for May 13.
Bridget Lea Williams, 317 N. Freeborn St., Marion, charge of domestic battery against Clifton Richmond dismissed without prejudice March 11, costs assessed to the state.
Tyson R. Owens-Green, 237 Lakeview Dr., McPherson, pleaded no contest March 16 to felony theft, jewelry owned by Darla A. Gore; in exchange, count of residential burglary at 110 S. Roosevelt St., Marion, owned by Gore, dismissed with prejudice; presentence investigation report due April 29, sentencing scheduled for May 4.
