Ricky M. Rogers, 212 Smith St., Burdick, pleaded not guilty May 12 to criminal trespassing, defendant requested jury trial; pretrial conference scheduled for June 9.

Hartney Eugene Hummer Jr., 2132 N. Park Place Ave., Wichita, sentenced May 12 to 12 months supervised probation for trespassing, may be converted to unsupervised after six months, $363.

Amber Bass, 136 N. Washington St., Burns, charges of possession of methamphetamines, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia and aggravated endangering of a child amended May 29 to include possession of a depressant, Trazadone.

James Wullenweber, 302 W. Third St., Hillsboro, stipulates May 13 to restitution of $997.89 to Hillsboro Community Hospital.

Jessy Dean Thouvenell, 325 N. Cedar St., Marion, pleaded guilty May 13 to battery against Nicole Kristin Reid and, in a separate case, violating a protection order filed by Reid; in exchange, charge of criminal threat in additional separate case dismissed with prejudice; sentenced to 12 months supervised probation for each individual guilty charge, to be served consecutively, fined a total of $721, allowed to report to probation officer in different county, allowed to contact Reid only by text or email for child-related matters.

Michael E. Richmond, 210 W. 10th St., Florence, pleaded guilty May 12 to battery and criminal restraint, sentencing was to be May 18.

Charles W. Matthews, housed at Geary County Jail, charge of felony theft amended May 26 to misdemeanor theft, charges of residential burglary and criminal damage to property unaffected.
