Charles W. Matthews, 413 S. Roosevelt St., Marion, two counts of criminal damage to property, violation of a protection from stalking order, and possession of drug paraphernalia dismissed June 15 without prejudice, one count of residential burglary dismissed June 15 with prejudice, and found guilty June 15 of misdemeanor theft and damage to property. Sentence scheduled for Aug. 17.

Brice Wright, 1669 Kenmar St., Wichita, sentenced June 15 for criminal trespass and misdemeanor theft to 12 months in jail, suspended pending 12 months’ probation, which can be transferred to Butler County, and fined $158. Defendant to have no contact with Lucas Tullis.
