Jordan Michael Bryan, 750 Ashton Way Circle, Eureka, Missouri, pleaded guilty Oct. 5 of possession of marijuana. Charges of possession of marijuana without taxation stamp, possession of drug paraphernalia, and speeding dismissed with prejudice. Sentencing scheduled for Dec. 7.
Eddie Arian Eaves, 110 S. Date St., Hillsboro, domestic battery, six month diversion agreement entered into Oct. 19, fined $708, must complete anger management or Batterer Intervention Program and pay all associated costs, case to be dismissed with prejudice upon completion of agreement.
Charles W. Matthews, no address available, residential burglary, misdemeanor theft, criminal damage to property, sentenced Oct. 22 to 12 mnths supervised probation, $4,476.23.
Patrick McHenry, 112 Wilson Ave., Thalequah, Oklahoma, pleaded guilty Sept. 21 of aggravated child endangerment, criminal deprivation of a motor vehicle, and driving while license suspended; in exchange, charges of aggravated interference with parental custody, interference with law enforcement, transportation of an open container, and possession of drug paraphernalia dismissed without prejudice, sentencing scheduled for Nov. 2.
Eric Soyez, 206 S. Olive St., Peabody, 12 month diversion agreement entered Oct. 19 for domestic battery and battery, defendant is to have all monies to the Marion County Attorney’s Office by Oct. 19, must complete an A.S.A.P. evaluation at own expense and provide proof within 30 days, not to enter any liquor stores, defendant shall not possess, consume, or ingest any alcohol, cereal malt beverage, or illicit drugs during diversion period, defendant must complete anger management or batterer intervention program and follow all recommendations for treatment and pay all costs associated with said program, $328, case to be dismissed upon completion of agreement.
Lori Ann Smith, 300 S. Buller St., Goessel, diversion agreement for domestic battery to be entered Aug. 17, diversion status hearing Sept. 16.
