Patrick O. Bernhardt, 215 N. Second St., domestic battery dismissed Nov. 3 without prejudice.

John Peter Abraham Bozman, 108 E. 90th St., Florence, pleaded not guilty Sept. 21 to domestic battery. Pretrial conference scheduled for Nov. 16.

Patrick P. Egan, 123 S. Nickerson St., Burns, complaint amended Nov. 18 from aggravated burglary and criminal deprivation of a motor vehicle to criminal trespass and criminal depravation of a motor vehicle.

Nancy D. Garcia, 613 Main St., Florence, probation revoked Oct. 14, failed to illegally possess, use, or traffic any controlled substance, narcotic or other drugs as defined by law, to include alcohol, except as prescribed by a licensed practitioner; ordered to serve 30 days in custody of Marion County sheriff, allowed work release, probation shall terminate unsuccessfully upon completion of jail term, has 60 days to pay all sums due prior.

John Adam Hodge, 714 Sherman St., Marion, found guilty Oct. 21 of possession of marijuana; no proof of insurance and defective tail light dismissed with prejudice. Sentenced to one year in custody of Marion County sheriff, 12 months supervised probation, must submit drug and alchohol test within 60 days, can transfer probation to Sedgwick County, must pay court costs, booking fee, and supervised probation fees; attorney fees waived.
