Jordan Brundage, 1800 Windor St. Lot 1, Newton, failure to report to court service officer as directed, failure to receive permission before changing address, phone number, or employment, failure to obey all federal, municipal, and state laws, failure to report contact with law enforcement officer to court service officer within 72 hours, failure to make reasonable efforts to obtain or maintain employment and support dependents or maintain combination of employment and school. Probation revoked, sentenced to continuing sentence of 75 days in custody of Marion County starting Sept. 25, once released to be put back on 12 month probation with original standing terms.

Christopher L. Daniel, 200 S. Lincoln St., Marion, pleaded not guilty Nov. 23 to disorderly conduct, pretrial scheduled for Dec. 29.

Sean Douglas Wilson, 118 W. Santa Fe St., Marion, pleaded not guilty Oct. 14 to domestic violence, pretrial was scheduled for Nov. 23.

Tanya Marie Slack, 203 W. 2nd St., McPherson, found guilty Nov. 2 of possession of methamphetamines; possession of drug paraphernalia dismissed persistent to plea agreement. Sentencing scheduled for Jan. 4.

Melinda Dougherty, 121 W. 4th St., Florence, failed to report to court services officer twice; six months probation reinstated twice and can be transferred to Sedgwick Co.

James Findley, 11700 E. Waterman St. Apt. 5222, Wichita, found guilty of violation of a protection order. Sentenced to one year supervised probation, shall not have contact with victim (directly or indirectly), but can have contact with the victim only to set up visitation, $100.
