Andrew Michael Schaefer, 1671 300th Rd., found guilty of attempted criminal deprivation of motor vehicle, sentenced Dec. 7 to 25 days control sentence (to be given credit for time served from Nov. 29), all sums owed by time of completion, defendant will be included in sentencing on Feb. 1. On Dec. 7, also found guilty of violation of a protection from stalking order and pleaded no contest to probation violation. Both cases are scheduled for sentencing Feb. 1.

Trevor Fugitt, found guilty of rape Dec. 7; furnishing alcohol to a minor and aggravated endangerment of a child dismissed Dec. 7 with prejudice. Sentencing scheduled for Feb. 1.

Dylan A. Martin, 305 Main St., Lehigh, found guilty Nov. 18 of possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia dismissed with prejudice. Sentenced to 64 days controlling sentence (to be given credit for time served), court ordered defendant to be released Nov. 18, must pay $258 within 90 days of release.

David D. Orcutt, 907 N. Locust St., Peabody, pleaded not guilty Dec. 29 to possession of methamphetamines with intent to sell, criminal possession of a firearm, possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor theft, criminal damage to property, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hearing scheduled for Feb. 9.
