Billy M. Barber, 1959 600 Ave., Hope, pleaded not guilty Feb. 9 to possession of methamphetamines with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia; pretrial conference scheduled for March 9.

Sheridan W. Brown, 511 Elm St., Peabody, pleaded not guilty Feb. 10 to disorderly conduct; pretrial conference scheduled for April 13.

Brandy Lynn Keane, 1509 Ranch Rd., McPherson, motion to revoke probation, sentenced Sept. 8 to serve 7 days in custody of Marion County Sheriff. Upon release from custody, supervised probation to be terminated.

Jacob S. Payton, 322 S. Garfield, Lyons, found guilty Jan. 4 of contributing to a child’s misconduct or deprivation; furnishing alcohol to minors, and unlawfully hosting minors consuming alcohol, liquor, or cereal malt beverages dismissed with prejudice. Sentenced to 60-day controlled sentence, one year supervised probation (which may be transferred to Rice County), $698.

David Eugene Ruhl, 208 S. 11th St., Herington, found guilty Feb. 17 of possession of methamphetamines; possession of drug paraphernalia dismissed with prejudice. Sentencing scheduled for April 13.

Sarah Lynn Tajchman, 415 N. 3rd St., Marion, 12 month diversion agreement entered Feb. 16 for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Diversion fee waived, $381.97, defendant to obtain a drug/alcohol evalutation at own expense within 60 days of filing agreement, complete 20 hours of community service. Case to be dismissed upon completion of agreement.
