Dylan J. Cochran, Marion, pleaded not guilty April 20 to furnishing alcohol to a minor; pretrial conference scheduled for June 12.

Andrew Eugene Davidson, 303 N. Locust St., Peabody, found guilty April 18 of possession of methamphetamines, possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana dismissed with prejudice; sentencing scheduled for June 6. In a separate case, disorderly conduct dismissed April 18 without prejudice.

Adam Kyle Janzen, 820 E. Main St., Marion, found guilty April 20 of transportation of liquor in an open container; possession or consumption of alcoholic beverage by a minor dismissed with prejudice. Sentenced to five day controlling sentence, six months unsupervised probation, $708.

Beretta Paul Janzen, 124 W. 5th St., Florence, found guilty April 18 of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia; endangering a child dismissed with prejudice. Sentenced to total of 45 days controlling sentence, 12 month supervised probation which may be switched to unsupervised after six months, $270.

Derrick Ryan Laplante, 116 N. Jefferson St., Hillsboro, pleaded not guilty to criminal threat, criminal trespass, criminal damage to property, and disorderly conduct; pretrial conference was scheduled for April 26.

Derek Scheuerman, pleaded not guilty March 9 to possession of marijuana; pretrial conference was scheduled for April 26.

Shawn Earl Stahlheber, 107 W. 6th St., Peabody, pleaded not guilty April 20 to domestic battery; pretrial conference scheduled for June 15.
