Jason Rogers, criminal trespass; first appearance hearing held, court found defendant indigent or partially indigent and attorney Dan Baldwin was appointed; bond set at $2,500, bond conditions included no consumption of alcohol, compliance with conditions of other bond and probation; arraignment hearing 9:45 a.m. July 13.

Jennifer L. Woods, giving a worthless check less than $1,000; first appearance hearing 10:30 a.m. June 15.

Jennifer Wyss, possession of hallucinogenic (one prior conviction), possession simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia (violation date April 8); preliminary hearing 9:30 a.m. May 29.

Scott A.
