Jennifer L. Woods, giving a worthless check less than $1,000; first appearance hearing 10:30 a.m. June 15.
Sidney Eugene Newton II, arraignment hearing continued to 1:15 p.m. June 23.
Jennifer Wyss, possession of hallucinogenic (one prior conviction), possession simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia (violation date April 8); preliminary hearing 9:30 a.m. May 29.
Scott A. Goodemann, possession of hallucinogenic; diversion agreement was reached, defendant ordered to complete an ASAP evaluation and show proof of evaluation within 30 days, evaluation at defendant’s expense; defendant to pay diversion fee of $125, court cost $137, booking fee $45, and KBI lab fee $400, all costs paid within 60 days; complete 20 hours of community service work; agreement will terminate within 12 months with successful completion of agreement.
