Harley Brammer, possession of opiates, opium or narcotic drugs, possession of hallucinogenic; no drug tax stamp for marijuana or controlled substance, possession simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia; preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. Nov. 05.

Margaret Burcky, theft value of $1,000 but less than $25,000; hearing at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 3.

James Wullenweber, sexual battery; hearing at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 3.

Thomas G. Ruck Jr., criminal threat, battery, disorderly conduct; hearing at 10:30 a.m. Oct. 27.

Ricky Dale Leshore, disorderly conduct, the defendant was sentenced to a controlled sentence of 15 days in the custody of the Marion County Sheriff which was suspended; was placed on immediate supervised probation with Court Services Officer for a period of six months or until all fees are paid in full, whichever comes first; defendant to pay court costs of $137, probation fee of $25, and court appointed attorney fees of $100.
