Jeremy Pankratz, disorderly conduct; sentenced to a controlling sentence of 10 days in the custody of Marion County Sheriff, court suspended sentence, placed on immediate unsupervised probation for six months, defendant to pay costs of $137, court-appointed attorney fees as determined by the court, court suspended imposition fine of $250.

Joseph Lee Caudle, aggravated battery, intentional, great bodily harm, aggravated assault, assault on a law enforcement officer, obstructing legal process in felony case, endangering a child less than 18 years of age; sentencing at 1:15 p.m. Jan. 26, 2009.

Eric J. Williams, DUI, purchase/ consumption of alcoholic liquor/CMB by minor, transporting an open container; ordered to serve balance of his 90 day sentence, upon completion probation shall be terminated and all fees owed shall be turned over to the court trustee’s office for collection.
