The following information has been filed in the criminal division of Marion County District Court:

Chris Lieder, seven separate counts of burglary of a building not used as a dwelling, seven counts of criminal damage to property less than $1,000, three counts of theft value less than $1,000, one count of burglary of a motor vehicle, aircraft, or other means of conveyance (violation date Nov. 20, 2008); burglary of a building not used as a dwelling, theft value less than $1,000, criminal damage to property less than $1,000 (violation date of Dec. 4, 2008); four counts of burglary of a building not used as a dwelling, two counts of theft less than $1,000, six counts of criminal damage to property less than $1,000 (violation date of Dec. 1, 2008); preliminary hearing at 10 a.m. July 27.

Terry Scheuerman, arraignment hearing at 9:45 a.m. June 22.

Jennifer Wyss, possession of hallucinogenic (prior conviction), possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia (violation date of April 8); arraignment hearing at 9:45 a.m. June 22.

Kirk W. Seals, original charges of obstructing legal process in a misdemeanor case, DUI, violation of basic rule governing speed of vehicles (violation date of May 19, 2007), probation revoked; journal entry of disposition indicated defendant requested a continuance, court denied motion and continued to disposition and ordered defendant to serve 10 days in the custody of Marion County Sheriff to begin at 9 a.m. May 12; defendant was placed on immediate supervised probation for one year with a court services officer upon release from jail; terms of probation include obtaining a new alcohol/drug evaluation or follow recommendations of original evaluation, and pay an additional court appointed attorney fees as determined by the court.

Kenneth Jay Schwendiman, arraignment hearing at 9:45 a.m. June 15.

Shannon Lee Eden, violation of a protective order; upon motion of the county attorney the case was dismissed without prejudice and costs assessed to the state.

Margaret Erin Laskie, original charges of two counts of giving a worthless check less than $1,000; failure to appear, bond appearance hearing at 10:30 a.m. June 15.

Eric J. Williams, status hearing rescheduled to 9:45 a.m. June 1.

Howard C. Pennington, status hearing at 9:45 a.m. June 1.
