Whitney Dawn Gordon, 1748 Upland Rd., Marion; diversion agreement filed Aug. 5 on charges of unlawfully hosting minors consuming alcoholic liquor or cereal malt beverages, furnishing alcohol to a minor, interference with law enforcement — obstruction of official duty, and contributing to a child’s misconduct or deprivation; agreed to pay $533 and complete 20 hours community service during six-month diversion.
