Justin L. Chrisjohn, 1204½ E. Main St., Marion; sentenced to 12 months probation in lieu of 48 hours jail Aug. 26 on a charge of criminal carrying of a weapon, ordered to pay $263, 20 hours community service.

Daniel Kyle, 104 W. Seventh St., Florence; pleaded not guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and domestic battery Aug. 26, arraignment continued to Sept. 23.

Adam Palic, entered into six-month diversion agreement Sept. 9 on charge of possession or consumption of an alcoholic beverage by a minor, ordered to pay $283, 20 hours community service, diversion status hearing set for Sept. 23.

Ryan Joel Shrewsbury, 2258 George Washington Drive, Park City; sentenced to 12 months probation in lieu of five days jail Aug. 26 on charge of misdemeanor theft, ordered to pay $205, serve 10 hours community service.

James Wullenweber, W. Third St., Hillsboro; pleaded not guilty to charge of battery Aug. 26, status hearing set for Sept. 10.

Shanna J. Zampieri, 319 S. Cedar St., Marion; sentenced to 12 months probation Aug. 26 on charges of endangering a child, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana, ordered to pay $1,035, 40 hours community service.
