Lyle Lee Ledford, 502 N. Cedar St., Marion; pleaded not guilty Dec. 13 to charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked, and no proof of insurance. Pretrial conference set for Jan. 14.

Morgan Makovec, entered six-month diversion agreement Jan. 21 on a charge of possession or consumption of an alcoholic beverage by a minor.

Gary L. McCloud Jr., 113 S. Birch St., Hillsboro; pleaded not guilty Dec. 10 to a charge of battery. Status hearing set for Jan. 14.

Roy Lee Scott, 130 Jefferson Ave., Sedgwick; pleaded not guilty Jan. 8 to charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine without a taxation stamp, and possession of drug paraphernalia, pretrial status hearing set for Feb. 12.

Kenneth Henson, 300 7th St., Lincolnville; pleaded not guilty Jan. 8 to charge of battery, case set for trial to the bench Feb. 25.

Joseph Ivan-Thurso Jones, 1344 Frontenac St., Park City; pleaded not guilty Jan. 8 to charges of residential burglary and five counts of misdemeanor theft, criminal damage to property, and criminal trespass, pretrial conference set for Feb. 12.
