Justin R. Bowley, 718 S. Elm St., McPherson; admitted April 21 to probation violation, ordered to 10 days jail then 12 months probation.

Jeffrey R. Hayes, 115 W. 3rd St., Florence; pleaded not guilty April 21 to charge of disorderly conduct, status hearing set for May 13.

Corbin H. Henson, 816 High St., Newton; failed to appear April 21 at status hearing on charge of battery, bench warrant issued at $10,000.

Denise Sue Jantz, 411 E. 6th St., Peabody; pleaded not guilty April 16 to charge of domestic battery, pretrial status hearing set for May 21.

Joseph Ivan-Thurso Jones, 1344 Frontenac St., Park City; pleaded no contest April 21 to two counts misdemeanor theft and charge of criminal trespass, charges of residential burglary, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property worth less than $1,000 with the intent to permanently deprive the owner of possession, two counts misdemeanor theft, criminal trespass dismissed; sentencing set for June 23.

Kenneth C. Jost, 1383 140th St., Marion; pleaded not guilty April 21 to charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia; status hearing set for May 13.

Jacob Schultz, 602 S. Main St., Tampa; pleaded guilty April 21 to harassment by telephone, charge of domestic battery dismissed, sentencing set for June 23.

Johney R. Strotkamp, 401 N. Olive St., Peabody; pleaded not guilty April 21 to violation of Kansas Offender Registration Act, status hearing set for May 14.

Joshua James Wilson, 225 W. Ruth St., Moundridge; sentenced April 21 to 24 months jail in lieu of 12 months probation on charges of residential burglary, felony theft, and criminal damage to property.
