Bradley Dies was formally charged Oct. 6 with driving under the influence, endangering a child, and transporting a child without safety restraint.

Andrew Logan Meir was formally charged Oct. 6 with criminal possession of a firearm.

Aaron Douglas Unruh was formally charged Oct. 10 with promoting obscenity to minors.

Jade Sterk, Newton, was formally charged Oct. 10 with eight counts of criminal damage to property. The charges stem from damage to a school bus, van, and car belonging to USD 410; a car, city hall building and garage belonging to the city of Goessel; signs and a front end loader belonging to Marion County; Ebenfeld Mennonite Church; a car belonging to Clinton Colby; a building belonging to Ag Service, Inc.; a building belonging to Keith’s Foods; and fuel pumps belonging Ag Service, Inc. All were damaged between Aug. 24 and Aug. 25.

Jessy Dean Thouvenell was formally charged Oct. 10 with disorderly conduct.

Matthew Firmin Aubert was formally charged Oct. 12 with possession of drug paraphernalia, transporting an open container of alcohol, and speeding.

Debbie Shelton on Sept. 12 pleaded no contest to possession of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to six months’ probation. She was ordered to pay $158 courts costs, $60 probation fee, $45 booking fee, and $100 attorney fee.

Franklin M. Davis on Oct. 2 pleaded not guilty to three counts of violation of a protection from stalking order.

David Lee Bullock on Oct. 2 was sentenced to a year’s probation for criminal damage to property. He was ordered to pay $158 court costs, $100 fine, $45 booking fee, and $100 attorney fee.

Jose Agustine Ruano was sentenced Sept. 29 to a year’s probation for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was ordered to pay $158 courts costs and $45 booking fee.

Timothy Jon Snell on Oct. 4 was convicted of theft.

A charge of rape of a child under 14 filed against Bradley Adam Schmidt was dismissed Oct. 4 because the child did not want to testify.

Todd R. Redger pleaded not guilty Oct. 10 to domestic battery, criminal damage to property, and theft.

Corissa M. Dones pleaded no contest Oct. 10 to battery. Sentencing is set for Nov. 8.
