Scottie Ray Bradley, Topeka, entered a diversion agreement on a charge of assault Sept. 9. $200 diversion fee, $158 court costs, $45 booking fee, and $75 attorney fee.

Tanner Jonathan Brandt, Haysville, entered a diversion agreement on a charge of theft May 31. $200 diversion fee, $158 court costs, $37.26 restitution, $273 attorney fee.

Rachel Michelle Eckhardt, Wichita, entered a diversion agreement on a charge of endangering a child Feb. 10. $125 diversion fee, $158 court costs, $45 booking fee, $375 attorney fee and 45 hours community service.

Torrey Cyntrell Gill entered a diversion agreement on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia Nov. 28. $125 diversion fee, $158 court costs, $45 booking fee, obtain drug evaluation, and 20 hours community service.

Leslie Byron McFadden entered a diversion agreement on disorderly conduct June 9. $125 diversion fee, $138 court costs, $45 booking fee, $233.63 attorney fee.

Tiffany A. Troutt entered a diversion agreement on a charge of domestic battery Oct. 30. $125 diversion fee, $158 court costs, $45 booking fee, take anger management classes, $45 hours community service.

Shane William Zerbe, 32, Wichita, was formally charged Feb. 20 with criminal trespass. In a separate case filed the same day, Zerbe was formally charged with felony theft.

Derek Gann was formally charged Feb. 23 with giving a worthless check.

A bench warrant was issued Feb. 5 for Holli Ann Kelle for failure to appear in court.

Tracy Don Freeman on Feb. 13 entered a plea agreement to plead guilty or no contest to a charge of forgery. In return, a charge of forgery and two counts of unlawful acts with computers were dismissed. Sentencing will be later.

Julie E. Starks on Feb. 7 was bound over for trial on charges of arson and interference with law enforcement.

A charge of residential burglary earlier filed against Charles Neal Miles was dismissed Feb. 8.
