The following information has been filed in the criminal division of Marion County District Court:

Drew Prescott, purchase/consumption of alcoholic liquor/CMB (cereal malt beverage) by a minor, transporting an open container; first appearance hearing at 1:45 p.m. June 23.

Chris Lieder, preliminary hearing at 10 a.m. July 27.

Jeremy Doll, possession of hallucinogenic, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia; first appearance hearing at 10:30 a.m. June 15.

Steven Michael Detjen, sentencing hearing at 9:30 a.m. Aug. 5.

Lloyd D. Meier, first appearance hearing held, defendant will retain private counsel, summons continued; arraignment hearing at 11 a.m. July 22.

Jennifer Wyss, possession of hallucinogenic, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia (violation date of April 8); first appearance hearing held, defendant was found indigent or partially indigent and the court appointed Dan Baldwin as attorney, bond was continued; preliminary hearing held; arraignment hearing at 9:45 a.m. June 22.

Dustin Ray Smith, preliminary hearing at 10 a.m. July 27.

Roy W. McGonigal, sentencing at 11 a.m. July 22.

Rodney D. Leshure, four counts of giving a worthless check less than $1,000; upon motion of the county attorney, the case was dismissed without prejudice, defendant had paid court costs, restitution, and booking fee.

Troy L. Peterson, possession of opiates, opium, or narcotic drugs, possession of a hallucinogenic, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia, DUI; ordered to serve four consecutive 24-hour periods in Marion County Jail beginning at 4 p.m. May 26.

Cody L. McPhail, sentencing hearing at 11 a.m. July 13.

Eric J. Williams, jury trial will begin at 8:30 a.m. Sept. 3.

Howard C. Pennington, plea hearing at 9:30 a.m. June 10.

Mickey L. Wells, original charge of aggravated indecent liberties with a child under the age of 14 was amended to aggravated sexual battery (violation date of Nov. 25, 2006); motion hearing to revoke probation continued to 9:30 a.m. July 1.
