Patricia Miller, 211 N. Jefferson, Hillsboro; first appearance made and attorney appointed on Jan. 10; arraignment on a charge of misdemeanor theft of razor refills from Alco Discount Store scheduled for Feb. 14.

Robert Gabriel Rodriguez; pleaded guilty to two counts of misdemeanor theft on Jan. 11; sentencing scheduled for Jan. 18.

Jason L. Anderson, 105 N. Maple, Peabody; arraigned Jan. 11 on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia; jury trial scheduled for March 18.

Jerome D. Creed, 301 Santa Fe, Marion; Daniel L. Baldwin withdraws as defense counsel and Gary L. Price Jr. appointed as defense counsel on Jan. 11 on two charges of violation of a protection from stalking order.

Travis R. William Grosse, 1734 150th, Marion; amended information filed Jan. 11 charging attempted cultivation of a hallucinogenic drug (marijuana) and possession of marijuana without a taxation stamp.

Douglas Edward Gable, 119 N. 8th, Herington; defendant waives formal arraignment on Jan. 11 and pleads not guilty and requests jury trial on charges of possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana, second offense), possession of methamphetamine, possession of hydrocodone, and possession of drug paraphernalia; motion to suppress hearing scheduled for Feb. 6.
