Amber Jackson, 302 N. Ash St., Hillsboro, pleaded no contest Feb. 11 to disorderly conduct, brawling, sentenced to six months unsupervised probation, $393, can work off fine at rate of $7 per hour.

Eric J. Williams, 115 W. 3rd St., Florence, probation revoked March 10, failed to not possess illegal substances, obtain drug and alcohol evaluation and follow recommendations, pay fees owed, report to Court Services Officer as ordered, sentenced to serve balance of six-month sentence with Morris County Sheriff, receive credit for time served; review hearing scheduled for May 12; in separate case, charge of domestic battery against Wanda Hayes amended March 30 to disorderly conduct, brawling.

Mari Rose Belifuss, 513 Marion St., Florence, sentenced March 11 to 12 months supervised probation for criminal trespass, concurrent with other case, can be converted to Harvey County, fined $158, may not enter any liquor stores, can complete community service to pay off 50 percent of court-appointed attorney fees ($380) at rate of $7 per hour; fined $263 for battery of a law enforcement officer in other case.

Ethan Wayne Campbell, 3920 N. Hillside Rd., Newton, sentenced March 11 to 18 months supervised probation with community corrections, fined $1,250.

Sherri Ann Krug, 910 Highland, Marion, driving under the influence, sentenced March 11 to 48 hours in custody of Marion County Sheriff, 12 months post-release supervised probation, fined $1,013 ($250 to go to community corrections fund), can work off $750 and 50 percent of court-appointed attorney fees at $7 per hour, may not enter any liquor stores, must attend Alcohol Information School and account for costs.

Brandon Allan Farrar, 215 E. Division St., Peabody, sentenced March 16 to 12 months supervised probation for misdemeanor theft, concurrent to another case, fined $263, can work off fine at rate of $7 per hour.

Beretta Paul Janzen, 820 E. Main St., Marion, pleaded no contest March 16 to possession of drug paraphernalia, sentenced to 12 months supervised probation, concurrent with two other cases, can convert to unsupervised probation after six months, fined $263, can work off court appointed attorney fees at rate of $7 per hour.

Christopher Andrew Swartz, 106 N. Cedar St., Hillsboro, pleaded no contest March 18 to possession of marijuana and driving with alcohol in an open container; in exchange, counts of possession of methamphetamines and drug paraphernalia dismissed with prejudice; sentenced to 12 months supervised probation, $263, must maintain employment.

Brett A. Rohloff, 209 N. 6th St., Wilsey, pleaded guilty March 23 to possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, sentenced to 12 months supervised probation and six months unsupervised probation, to run consecutive, must complete 30 hours community service, no contact with co-defendants Brandon Laizure and Nolan Litke, $363, allowed to work at bar in Council Grove in Morris County, probation can be transferred to Morris County.

Melinda Dougherty, 121 W. 4th St., Florence, charge of conspiracy to aggravated battery amended April 2 to aggravated battery.
