The following information has been filed in criminal division of Marion County District Court:

Kevin L. Clegg, two charges of criminal threat; at first appearance hearing defendant was found to be indigent or partially indigent and attorney David Harger was appointed, bond was set, defendant cannot have direct or indirect contact with victim or his family, and is not to enter their property; preliminary hearing, 9:30 a.m. Sept. 2.

Victorinus G. Burgardt, possession of hallucinogenic, obstructing legal process in misdemeanor case, purchase or consumption of alcohol by a minor, and transporting an open container; arraignment rescheduled, 9 a.m. Tuesday.

Troy Madron Jr., possession of hallucinogenic and possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia; arraignment rescheduled, 9 a.m. Tuesday.

William Cody Shaw, possession of hallucinogenic and possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia; arraignment rescheduled, 9 a.m. Tuesday.

Jason W. Rogers, criminal threat, conduct causing fear to a person or person’s family, and harassment by telephone; case dismissed without prejudice and costs assessed to the state.

Donald Jeffrey Richmond, criminal threat and domestic battery; diversion agreement approved, defendant will have no contact with victim, obtain an alcohol, drug, and mental health evaluation, and pay court costs and fees of $297 within 60 days. Agreement will terminate within a year as long as defendant follows stipulations.

Lloyd D. Meier, assault and disorderly conduct; arraignment rescheduled, 9 a.m. Tuesday.

Mathew Brannon, two charges of theft value less than $1,000; defendant pleaded no contest to the charges and was placed on one-year of supervised probation.

Terry Scheuerman, aggravated assault, criminal threat, obstructing legal process in misdemeanor case, battery, furnishing alcohol to a minor, and disorderly conduct; arraignment rescheduled, 9 a.m. Tuesday.

Selina Wills, worthless check less than $1,000; arraignment rescheduled, 9 a.m. Tuesday.

Kelli Bowen, battery against a law enforcement officer and domestic battery; arraignment rescheduled, 9 a.m. Tuesday.

Eric J. Williams, possession of hallucinogenic, domestic battery, and obstructing legal process in misdemeanor case; arraignment rescheduled, 9 a.m. Tuesday.

Adam A. Miller, child abuse; defendant pleaded not guilty and requested a jury trial; motion hearing, 10:30 a.m. Aug. 25. Jury trial, 8:30 a.m. Dec. 17.

Cody L. McPhail, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia; bond appearance rescheduled, 9:15 a.m. Tuesday.

Patrick A. Robb, theft value $25,000 to less than $100,000; case dismissed without prejudice and costs assessed to the state.
