The following information has been filed in criminal division of Marion County District Court:

Terry Allen Scheuerman, assault on a law enforcement officer and disorderly conduct; arraignment, 9:45 a.m. Aug. 17.

Zach Jost, purchase/consumption of alcohol by a minor; first appearance, 10:30 a.m. Aug. 17.

Jacob Wray, purchase/consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Stacie L. Miser, defendant waived counsel at first appearance; arraignment, 10 a.m. Sept. 9.

Charissa Yvonne Slayden, worthless check less than $1,000; first appearance, 10:30 a.m. Aug. 17.

Matthew D. Brannon, burglary of a vehicle amended to theft of less than $1,000; pleaded no contest to two counts and placed on supervised probation for one year.

Andrew M. White, motion to revoke probation for original charges of sale or possession with intent to sell hallucinogens, no drug tax stamp as required, possession of depressants, stimulants, hallucinogens, or steroids, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia, criminal possession of a firearm, and failure to drive on right side of road; 9:45 a.m. Aug. 17.

Joshua Vines, probation reinstated for charges of possession of depressants, stimulants, hallucinogens or anabolic steroids, and possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia.

Kenneth Jay Schwendiman, mistreatment of dependant adult ($1,000 to $25,000) amended to misdemeanor theft; pleaded guilty and sentenced to six months in county jail, sentence was suspended, and placed on supervised probation for a year. Defendant will serve 48 hours in county jail for every positive drug and alcohol test, refusal to submit, or admission of usage; cannot enter an establishment with income derived primarily from sale of alcohol; shall complete 40 hours of community service work; obtain employment; and pay court costs and fees of $938.

Adam A. Miller, child abuse with intentional torture, cruel beating, or inhuman treatment; formal arraignment waived, pleaded not guilty, and requested jury trial. Jury instructions are due Dec. 9. Trial to begin Dec. 17.

Cody L. McPhail, posted $1,500 bond after arrest for failure to appear on charge of possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia; bond appearance, 10:30 a.m. Aug. 12.

Calvin Maurer, possession of hallucinogenic; plea hearing 9:30 a.m. Aug. 26.

Debbie J. Orcutt, motion hearing 9:45 a.m. Aug. 17.
