The 27th annual Philip Deines reunion was held Oct. 14 at the Lincolnville Community Center.

The hosts were Iva Schlatter, Gerald Riffel and Karon Neff, children of Emma and Harry Riffel, deceased.

Attendees included: Joe and Cindy Curtis, Carrie and Tyler Hamon of Rogers, Ark.; Vance, Michelle, Weston, and Brenna Riffel, of Abilene; Merle and Bernice Stout, Laura Wilson, and Larry and Diane Howser, and Kevin Corina, and Ryan Stout also of Abilene; Gerald and Janet Riffel of Hope; Marilyn Montgomery, Lincolnville; Irmagene Goodman and Weldon Deines of Herington; Harold and Anita Albright and Kim Albright of Wichita; Gaylord and Anita from Wichita; Leon and Darlene Deines; Allan, Jana, Trenton Hammond from Goddard; Jeff Deines from Lost Springs; John Hysom and Kim Bradford of Denver, Colo.; Karen and Steve Nick of Minneapolis; and Iva and Chuck Schlatter of Overland Park.

The 2013 reunion will be held by the Harold Albright family in Wichita.
